Peter Franus, the winemaker at Peter Franus Wines, will be here this Saturday, March 8th! There won’t be a wine class on Friday the 7th. For $15 we will taste the Sauvignon Blanc, the Napa Zinfandel, the Mount Veeder Zinfandel and the Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. And we will pair them with the food of Chef Craig Anthony of the Edge of Taste. His wines are amazing and to be paired with such fine food is going to be great! Thanks to everyone who came by last Friday for the Craig and Liz show. Liz represents some wonderful Australian wines and Craig made it all fun.
