Hi all,

WINE TASTING – Ron Feczko of Republic National is going to be our guest presenter this week. The theme for the March 20th wine class will be “Read the Wine, Not the label”. It is going to be a “brown bag” tasting so you will get a chance to test those taste buds. We’ve selected some of the wines but we can’t tell you before the class.

The presentation Friday will start promptly at 6:00 PM. Remember this “ain’t LA” (thank goodness) so don’t be late. The wine class costs $10 per person and all the featured wines are 10% off. For the money you get to try the wines during the wine class and compliment them with the best food at any wine class in the state. We are limiting the class size to 45.

Remember that if you want to reserve yourself a place in the class you can do so by purchasing a ticket for $20 any time during the week.

THANKS – Cindy did a great presentation last Friday so thanks to her and thanks to all of you that showed up.

OTHER – The new issue of Arizona Vines & Wines is out and it is full of information about the vineyards and the wineries throughout Arizona. It is better than ever and available for free by the checkout area.

There is a local guy that takes our empty wine bottles and turns them into recycled wine bottle glasses. They look great, are now dishwasher safe and help the environment. We have them for sale in sets of four, with or without our logo, for $20.

There is an Arizona Wine Club. Visit www.azvinowineclub.com to join. You can get three Arizona wines shipped to you or you can pick them up at our shop three times a year.

We have always given a discount of 10% if you buy a case (12 bottles) of wine. Now you get the discount when you buy only 6 bottles.

You may have noticed that we have some wines on sale up at the front of the shop. These are excellent wines that are the older vintage or one that we can’t get more of or such. And you can save a few bucks off our already great prices.

We have WiFi available in the shop if you’d like to use it. Just ask for the password.

There is a wine locker available for rent by the month ($7) or by the year ($84).

Have fun,
Liza and Bob
