Hi all,

No wine class on March 16th because we’re featuring Bryne Donaldson on Thursday, March 15. While he does great jazz he actually has an album out called Country Sax. In this web aware time he certainly has a web site and the address is http://www.brynedonaldson.com/CountrySax.htm. He played a little bit at a birthday party at the shop last week and he wowed the house. There will be no cover, just good music and a fun time.

Thanks to everyone that came by last Friday.

CC Tate is making arrangements for the wine trip so something should start to happen. In the middle of August we are going to do a four day trip to Paso Robles. I’ve talked with Norman, Peachy Canyon, Robert Hall and Tobin James for starters. And we’ve heard from J. Lohr that they would like to host us too. And now Wild Coyote has offered to do a barrel tasting when we visit their place. The plan will be to fly out on a Friday morning, visit 8 or 10 wineries (or more) and come back on Monday. Norman Winery has committed to a lunch. No idea on the price but it will include airfare, the bus, the hotel and the VIP winery tours. Let me know if you are interested.

Keep smiling,
Liza and Bob
