Cave Creek Wines

Hi all,

Yes there is going to be a Wine Class this week! I just forgot to send out
a notice. Jason Benedict has selected a really nice group of wines to
present on Friday, Sep 22nd. Because I want people to learn that sparkling
wines are not just for News Years Eve celebrations and taste good all the
time, we are going to start with a Blanc de Noirs from Gloria Ferrer. Then
we will taste the Pinot Blanc from Valley of the Moon, then on to a
Chardonnay from Hawk Crest in Stag’s Leap, then the Pinot Noir from Greg
Norman’s California operations, then we will have a “little black dress”
Merlot and finish with a Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon from Sageland.
Then I’ll do the same wines on Saturday, Sep 23rd.

Thanks to everyone that came by to listen to Scott on Friday and myself on
Saturday. The crowd that always shows up for him indicates that his
presentations are well received
